IVL has access to several services. the complimentary Accident Management service provides you with:· 24 hour / 365 day support, mobile repairs for minor accident damage, a national network of approved repairers, a 3 year guarantee for all body shop repairs and on-line repair tracking· The cover extends to all of your fleet including cars & commercial vehicles you own or vehicles supplied by other leasing/contract hire companies· The service provides you with online visibility & reporting for your drivers, vehicles and any accidents that have been reported· Courtesy car or a pay on use hire car at discounted rates is also included. The accident management team will deal with every aspect of the claim. Once reported, they will liaise directly with the relevant insurer, arrange an estimate and allocate a repairer. Your driver will have one single point of contact from start to finish and we will keep your driver regularly updated by phone, text or email.
